*Laundry information
- All garments are recommended to be washed separately.
* 1 The leotard (balck) color has water loss from the first wash to about 3 times, so please wash it by hand quickly.
- When using a washing machine, use neutral detergent and wash separately in 'Wool Wash Mode'.
- When hand washing, dissolve neutral detergent in cold water, then soak the product and wash it separately.
- Please note that discoloration and deformation may occur if soaked in water for a long time. (Recommended washing time of 3 minutes or less)
- Do not wring the leotard, simply dry it by hanging it on a hanger.
- Do not wring the pleated skirt, and dry it by hanging it on a trouser hanger after removing moisture.
- Please note that damage to the product due to careless washing is not covered by the quality guarantee.
*If you straighten it with a steam iron, you can create a more beautiful line.
* Shipping Information
Porta uses CJ Logistics (1588-1255) courier.
The product will be delivered within 1-2 days after shipment, but it may vary depending on the courier company's circumstances.
Orders placed by midnight will ship the next day at noon.
If the status of the order is 'Ready to Ship', it is difficult to change or cancel the order as the shipment process has been completed.

* Exchange/Return
Exchanges and refunds are possible within 7 days from the date of purchase.
-Exchange: Return due to customer change of mind/size exchange
You must pay 6,000 won for round-trip shipping.
-Return: 3,000 won when the purchase price is paid and the remaining non-returnable product amount is over 90,000 won
(I received free shipping on purchases of 90,000 won or more) 6,000 won for the entire return
-Please enclose the exchange/return shipping fee and send it along with the product.
As for the refund period, refunds are made after the product to be returned arrives at Porta and goes through inspection.
If there is a defect in the product you received, please contact the real-time chat service or Q&A board at the bottom right of the site, and we will exchange it for the same product after checking.
